If you have requested a reservation, we will follow-up or confirm your request in the manner you have indicated within 48 hours. Reservations are subject to availability at the time of request and are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. If your requested reservation date is not available, we will advise of current availability accordingly in our reply. We do NOT accept personal checks for anything other than advance deposits. All reservations must be accompanied by a 50% deposit, with the balance due upon registration. Three-day holiday reservations must be paid in full in advance (for all three days). No refunds will be made. Deposits for telephone and Internet reservations must arrive one week prior to your scheduled arrival date or your reservation will be forfeited.
